HR Coordinator

Ring is hiring an HR Coordinator to hire and retain top talent for our rapidly growing company. This individual will wear many hats including administrative work, HRIS data entry, assisting with new team member orientation, tracking and scheduling training, and a variety of HR tasks that will keep you constantly learning.

Responsibilities
• Partner with the recruiting and IT teams to plan for a smooth new employee on boarding
• HRIS data management of new hires for a high-volume call center
• Verify I-9 and new employee documentation
• Facilitate human resources processes including maintaining HRIS, processing reports and pay changes
• Produce reports on general HR activity
• Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests

Knowledge Skills & Abilities
• 1+ year as an HR coordinator or a relevant human resources/administrative position
• Strong oral and written communication
• Able to handle data with confidentiality
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and strong time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Is proactive, resourceful and takes the initiative
