How you'd be making home ownership achievable:

  • This role have tremendous impact across many products at Ribbon that modernize the home buying process and make it fair for all
  • Ribbon’s web application is the main way that users interact with our product. Ensuring that our users have a seamless, positive experience will drive meaningful impact on the business
  • The person in this role will be able to impact all parts of our web technology stack, from microservice architecture to frontend code structure

  • You make the effort to design and write code that is scalable, performant, and easy for your teammates to build upon and maintain.

Our stack

Here are some of the tools you'd be using to help us build the future of real estate. If you've never used these specific tools before but are interested in working with them, please apply!

  • Back-end: Python, Django, GraphQL
  • Front-end: JavaScript, React, Styled Components, Apollo
  • Ops: Docker, AWS, Postgres

What you will do:

  • Ship code and help others build with velocity and quality
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to improve application performance
  • Translate product goals into technical design
  • Identify transformative features for the application
  • Build the team around you
  • Bring at least 7 years of practical experience and extensive knowledge of web applications to the team
