The Technical Services Analyst II will provide support for desktop/laptop computers and peripherals which includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware, software, and equipment while ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot reported problems in a timely and accurate manner and provide end user training/assistance when required.

This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division, located in Fort Smith, AR.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Install, configure, and set up new computer hardware including printers
- Install, configure, and upgrade software
- Perform advanced troubleshooting, assist the end user with issues, and conduct training as needed
- Provide support of Microsoft Active Directory, Office Professional, Office 365, Exchange, Outlook, Lync/Skype and System Center
- Configure, install, support and maintain local telephony hardware, software and peripherals
- Procure, setup and support enterprise standard smartphones and other cellular devices
- Move computers and peripherals from one office location to another
- Provide connectivity of PC hardware to the LAN (local area network)
- Lift and carry moderately heavy equipment for installations and moves
- Troubleshoot routine software and PC hardware problems
- Maintain familiarity with technical standards, policies, and procedures and ensure adherence.
- Work after hours as necessary to minimize business interruptions (system outages, troubleshooting, system upgrades, etc.) and provide non-business hour support (both remote and onsite)
- Travel to Rheem locations as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in similar role, including computer trouble shooting, IT help desk administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Demonstrates ability to work well with others in a matrix team environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates ability to consistently meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
