The Senior Functional Analyst is responsible for managing solution deployment for the full suite of value chain planning applications: Supply Chain, including Demantra Demand Management, Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Oracle Demantra Sales & Operation Planning, Oracle Collaborative Planning, Oracle Advanced Planning Command Center and other related modules. The role works closely with business process team leads, subject matter experts and other business users to understand the business needs and provides Oracle Application solutions on new capabilities/functionality and resolve issues. Requires business knowledge in the areas of planning & manufacturing functions to collaborate across these functions. This includes production support as well as all aspects of a project life cycle such as project planning, development, change control, implementation, issue management, customer relationships, and team leadership. Senior functional analyst has a complete specialization of the Oracle ERP implementation cycle and prior Oracle EBS implementation experience in implementing, leading and mentoring project teams.

Rheem implemented Oracle Applications Suite for ERP and this is a key role for production support and for future enterprise-wide adoption. A key success factor is the ability to communicate with the business users and be a champion for the project.


  • Duties include specialization of Oracle EBS applications, directing Supply Chain Group, and providing leadership to Business Process Team Leads and/or Functional Analysts.
  • Provide Oracle R12 module expertise/configuration experience to the project team in the areas of planning and supply chain. Take on the leadership of these areas and provide business process expertise

    • Oracle Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
    • Oracle Advanced Planning Command Center (APCC)
    • Oracle Collaborative Planning (CP)
    • Oracle Demantra Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). The senior functional analyst should be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Manage Supply Chain production support, including the measurement and monitoring of SLA's
  • As required, be an individual contributor in production support and any Roadmap initiatives
  • Coordinate multiple projects to keep the projects on schedule and within budget and scope.
  • Business process definition, analysis, and improvement based on best practices

  • Other duties may be assigned.

  • BS/BA in Accounting, Business, Computer Science
  • At least 10 years of Oracle EBS specialization experience with demonstrated success in delivering quality projects on time and at or under budget.
  • Minimum 8 years of implementation or support of the Oracle E-Business products
  • Preferred 3 years of project management experience related to Oracle E-Business
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business modules in the supply chain process areas
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business version 12.2 or higher
  • Hands on experience with configuring Oracle EBS modules in the areas of manufacturing, planning, and supply chain
  • Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Manufacturing Suite of Oracle modules is a big plus
  • Prefer experience with global implementations
  • Full software development lifecycle
  • Business analyst experience such as gathering requirements, designing business processes, documenting processes, unit testing, facilitating design meetings with users, etc.
  • Good communications skills (written/verbal), with emphasis on demonstrated ability to convey complex technical principles to non-technical audiences. Leads and facilitates meetings to bring disparate skill sets and viewpoints together to solve problems
  • Proficient skills using the MS Office suite including Project and process modeling tools
  • Experience with a structured development methodology
  • Prefer experience with reporting tools
  • 40-hour minimum on-site workweek with on-call availability.
  • Ability to travel domestically and globally. The expectation of travel is 50% during implementation projects.
