The Senior FP&A Analyst will have responsibilities that include annual and long-term business planning & analysis, management reporting, SG&A functional support, and other type of ad hoc analysis. This role will be responsible for tracking operating performance, identifying finance best practices, and leading process improvement initiatives. This position will play a key role in supporting Rheem Americas leadership in financial analytics and business operation.

This position will serve Rheem in Sandy Springs, GA.


  • Co-lead the process of developing Rheem's annual budget, forecasts, and five-year business plan
  • Accurate and timely production of management reporting package
  • Coordinate with division businesses on monthly reporting and forecasting
  • Coordinate leadership meetings including operation reviews and quarterly business reviews
  • Prepare monthly cost variance reports, and work with functional leaders to update forecast, monitor and communicate spending trends
  • Manage forecast process and build standardize reports
  • Lead/train interns
  • Perform and initiate various ad hoc financial analysis projects


  • Bachelor of Accounting, Finance, or Business related majors
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting, and corporate support
  • Experience building and maintaining complex financial models
  • Understanding of accounting, finance, and general business
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Demonstrable intellectual curiosity and high personal standards
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

  • MBA and/or advanced business degree preferred
  • Knowledge of OneStream a plus
