The Sales Execution Manag er is the strategic partner across the sales teams, finance, IT and leadership to understand and prioritize the business needs as it relates to sales enablement inclusive of business analytics and insights, BI dashboards, CRM, and Sales Go-to-Market deliverables. This position will develop, execute and drive the Sales Exe cution experience across the Rheem Commercial Water team - inclusive of field sales teams and leadership.

This position will serve our Commercial Water team and will be 100% remote but will require flexibility across US time zones.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- This position will be responsible for a team that develops Go To Market materials, CRM and Business Analytics
- CRM & Business Analytics
- Manage a team responsible for data management, data manipulation, Forecasting
- Integrate and work with field sales teams, finance, leadership to develop, execute, and standardize business intelligence tools and reporting to enable data driven decisions that support the growth objectives
- Develop strategy to ensure end user adoption of tools through training and KPI's
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, or new processes. This includes ensuring clean data, reviewing reports and other tools to locate root cause.
- Go-to-Market:
- As this is a newly developed team, this role will develop and standardize the Go-to-Market deliverables
- Manage a team responsible for field facing materials deliver actionable insights which enables the field sales teams to drive growth in key categories through data-driven insights across product information, pricing & promotion, market share, category trends
- Partner with product category and marketing team for New Product Introduction to ensure sales teams are armed with key selling materials
• Actively drive Continuous improvement principles
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
- 7+ years' experience in sales operations/enablement in any of the following: business intelligence, data analytics, data visualization OR finance/business analyst, consulting, or related field
- 3+ years of supervising others
- Strong Financial acumen and ability to understand the P&L and associated data, pipeline forecast, demand planning, and other measurement tools
- Experience in Data practices and approach (reporting & analytics) and developing the strategy to enable standards, automation, and other enabling activities along with strong working knowledge of BI and data visualization tools along with Excel, Tableau, or related tools
- Solid analytical skills with experience in data collection, manipulation, visualization with attention to detail
- Experience in gathering voice of internal and external customers to develop sales execution strategies across CRM, business analytics, and other tools
- Effective executive communications skills in written, verbal, and digital delivery
- Strong presentation skills (Ability to effectively develop concise and relevant presentations and effectively present to senior leaders)
- Proven track record of managing a team of direct reports and prioritizing competing priorities
- Must be capable of travel up to 25%
HOW TO STAND OUT
