The Information Technology Intern will serve our HTPG Division, located in Scottsboro, Alabama.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Responsible for local computer operating system support, installation and troubleshooting.
- Responsible for installation and troubleshooting of applications, including MS Office Suite.
- Provide direct support for local computer peripherals such as printers and scanners.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Student in an approved undergraduate engineering program with a minimum grade point average of 2.5
- Basic computer skills (PowerPoint and Microsoft Word/Excel).
- Skills in and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good people skills.
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of networking and network troubleshooting, configuring static IP addresses and understanding basic computer network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work well with others in a team oriented development environment.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- Must be self-motivated.
HOW TO STAND OUT:
- Ability to recognize areas for improvement.
- Take initiative for projects, and self-improvement.
- Basic knowledge of Windows servers
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook email client
