The Commercial Support Specialist II will assist commercial product line internal and external customers with related support by providing timely information on commercial availability, order status, order tracking, shipping information, and assist w/ order modifications. This position will develop, maintain, and analyze various tracking reports related to product orders, sales accounts, consignment, etc.

This position will serve our Air Conditioning Division, located in Fort Smith, AR. This position can be remote/limited time in office, located near a Rheem office including Fort Smith, AR, Lewisville, TX, Randleman, NC, or Atlanta, GA area.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Confers with customers by telephone and email to provide information about products or services, orders, shipping changes, warranty and tracking information.
• Maintains harmonious relationships with customers. Acts as an extension to the field sales staff.
• Processes customer orders/changes/return according to established department policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with the Sales, Accounting, Scheduling, Shipping, Production Control, Logistics, and other departments as needed eliminating delays and facilitating prompt deliveries.
• Maintains extensive phone and email contact with dealers, wholesalers, retailers, plumbers/contractors, homeowners, and internal customers concerning production and shipping dates, price and availability of product, warranty information and returned goods.
• Takes ownership of customer complaints and acts accordingly to resolve and prevent reoccurrence of issues.
• Prepares, analyzes and presents reports on objectives as directed by management
• Participates in analysis of customer satisfaction survey programs to identify any additional opportunities for improvement
• Participates in calibration sessions with Program Support Manager, Vendor, and Supervisors to assure uniformity in message delivery to customer
• Lead by example, positive influence, and building of relationships
• Reacts quickly to changing priorities, processes, and systems.
• Interacts with all levels of management to solve any inter-departmental inefficiencies and to address any areas of concern
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

• 3+ years' experience in customer support/project management

• Experience in customer service or customer call center operations

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

• Demonstrated ability to work well with others is a matrix team environment

• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups, manager, clients, and customers

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills-ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

HOW TO STAND OUT:

• Experience in HVACR industry highly preferred

• Advanced Degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field
