This position is for the ultimate hustler. RevZilla.com is growing fast and we are looking for just the right enthusiastic and motivated manager to oversee our 65,000sf Las Vegas Fulfillment Center. With a highly skilled team processing inbound, outbound, returns, inventory and cross-docking of over 175,000 unique SKU’s, our next manager will be laser focused on continuous process improvement while ensuring that our employees are empowered, engaged and happy. Management Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of RevZilla's Las Vegas fulfillment operation, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, quickly and efficiently. Always exceeding customer expectations
  • Complete responsibility for Inbound Operations, Outbound Operations and Inventory management
  • Intimately understand the business rules, software and vendor relationships related to RevZilla's fulfillment operation and proprietary fulfillment platform
  • Supervise, train and lead a team of fulfillment personnel
  • Day-to-day oversight of the fulfillment team; including hands-on training, coaching, planning, and performance reviews
  • Develop a staffing plan and adjust accordingly to handle daily, weekly and seasonal peaks
  • Manage seasonal fluctuations in inventory levels (types of inventory being stocked, and quantities) to ensure that warehouse storage is optimized
  • Manage warehouse shipping supplies, ensuring inventory levels are properly maintained and costs are minimized
  • Complete accountability for meeting and exceeding goals related to accuracy, on time performance and productivity
  • Coordinate with peers to ensure a successful supply chain process
  • Willingness to establish domain experience leveraging outside relationships, experience, and the ability to grow


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or industrial / operations management required
  • Minimum of 3 years management experience in a fulfillment operation or similar distribution experience. E-Commerce preferred
  • Exceptional people & communication skills. Must possess the ability to motivate, coach and train in an ever-changing & competitive environment
  • Ability to analyze and continuously improve current conditions with regards to efficiency, safety and profitability
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
  • Extremely strong computer skills. Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint and have 3+ years experience working within a WMS or ERP system
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-evolving high growth environment
  • Must be goal focused and metrics driven
  • Must possess the proven ability to drive process improvements and the ability to keep pace with explosive growth while motivating others to meet the challenges of a competitive and goal orientated environment

Additional Job Elements:

  • The ability to lift and move up to 49 pounds
  • Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching both below the waist and above the head
  • Should be able to work in an environment with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variations
  • Must be able to access all areas of the building (ascending and descending ladders, stairs, gangways safely and without limitation)
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours and cover a distance of a quarter mile, which is the length of our average fulfillment center
