Pub Ops Specialist

The Pub Ops Specialist will be responsible analyzing and tracking publisher performance statistics to make big picture decisions regarding overall profitability. 

Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

• Approve/deny prospective publishing clients from running with Revcontent based on specific criteria to ensure sites meet quality guidelines

• Build custom ad units with accompanying CSS

• Monitor ad unit and publisher performance to develop strategies for publishers to maximize revenue

• Work with account managers to draft contract proposals and site optimizations for strategic partners

• Control flow of information between pub teams, ad teams, tech and management

• Create and analyze reports that will help the Revcontent team make big picture decisions

• Work with tech team to roll out system updates that improve overall network performance


• Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years marketing experience with an emphasis on CPC & CPM models

• Ability to analyze website metrics and product reports

• Experience with analytical tools

• Knowledge of HTML and web design

• Proficient with Excel
