Renewals Specialist

If so, the Renewals Specialist at Return Path may be a great opportunity for you. In this role you will play an integral part in renewing and extending contracts for our customer base.

You will be responsible for helping to retain critical business by owning the contract renewal and process so an invoice can be generated. This role requires a person who can work closely with the Relationship Managers to escalate any issues and communicate any additional cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

  • Work closely with customers in order to retain and generate revenue.
  • Manage a large number of client accounts and work directly with them to renew and extend their contracts.
  • Drive maximum value and success to existing clients through providing a world class client experience. In addition, this person will:
  • Own the renewal process to close contracts timely and accurately, including preparing renewal quotes and negotiating prices in order to maintain a high yearly retention rate,
  • Process and submit renewals through Salesforce to ensure accuracy at all times
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate any issues as they arise to ensure resolution,
  • Work to meet or exceed client expectations to assist in creating highly, satisfied, referenceable customers,
  • Maintain Salesforce.com database with current contact information for all customers and accounts,
  • Work with Collections and billing teams when necessary to ensure critical business metrics are exceeded,
  • Work with Certification and Compliance teams to support new customer applications and attend to existing customer compliance issues and inquiries.

  • Proven dedication to developing strong client relationships in order to interact with a range of clients in a professional, credible manner
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization
  • Effectively use negotiation to handle concerns or objections
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and French preferred, Spanish is a plus
  • 1-3 years of sales and/or customer support experience

Le spécialiste des renouvellements est chargé de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients afin de conserver et de générer des revenus.Le spécialiste des renouvellements gérera un grand nombre de comptes clients et travaillera directement avec eux pour renouveler et prolonger leurs contrats. Le spécialiste des renouvellements aura la responsabilité de renforcer la relation avec ses clients et de mettre en valeur leur réussite tout en délivrant un service clientèle de première classe.

De plus, le rôle consiste à:

  • Etre en charge du processus de renouvellement des contrats afin que ceux ci soient renouvelés en temps et en heure, y compris la préparation des devis de renouvellement et la négociation des prix afin de maintenir un taux de rétention annuel élevé
  • Traiter et soumettre les renouvellements via Salesforce pour assurer l'exactitude et la mise à jour des données
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les départements internes pour régler les problèmes au fur et à mesure qu'ils surviennent
  • Surpasser les attentes des clients afin de créer un relationnel client d’excellente qualité
  • Gérer la base de données Salesforce.com et mettre à jour les informations et coordonnées pour tous les clients et comptes
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de facturation et si besoin de recouvrement afin d’atteindre et dépasser les objectifs,
  • Travailler en collaboration avec les équipes de certification et de conformité afin de répondre aux nouvelles attentes des clients et répondre aux problèmes de conformité ainsi qu’aux demandes de renseignements.

  • Etre organisé et orienté vers l'opération, avoir l’esprit critique, être capable de façonner et améliorer les procédés actuels
  • Savoir développer de solides relations avec les clients afin d'interagir avec un large éventail de clients
  • Savoir utiliser son temps intelligemment pour se concentrer sur les priorités, être multi tâches et savoir tenir compte des objectifs à court et à long terme
  • Excellentes aptitudes de communication écrite et verbale et aptitude à communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation
  • Savoir utiliser efficacement la négociation pour gérer les préoccupations ou les objections des clients
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français écrit et parlé, l'espagnol est un atout
  • Comprendre la suite complète de produits Return Path, les fonctionnalités et les avantages des produits, ainsi que la position concurrentielle afin de positionner les produits Return Path en fonction des besoins des clients.
  • 1 à 3 années d'expérience en vente et / ou en relation de clientèle
