The Impact You’ll Have at Return Path

Working in conjunction with your Senior Account Manager you will participate in the planning, development and implementation of sales strategy for assigned accounts. Collaborate with the Technical Account Managers and others within the service organization for your named accounts in order to identify client issues and needs during the client life cycle in an effort to present additional Return Path offerings. Develop account plans, and a schedule of calls and in-person meetings for named accounts to discuss opportunities to drive additional long-term business value
Conduct quarterly account reviews with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.

In addition to the above:

  • Understand the full Return Path product suite, its features and benefits, as well as competitive positioning
  • Be detail oriented and capable of managing complex customer engagements
  • Responsible for generating, formatting and preparing initial reports based on client specific data
  • Analyse client delivery performance across a variety of proprietary Return Path tools and publicly accessible tools to assist in determining most likely root cause(s) of delivery problems
  • Modify and maintain user accounts, contacts and IP addresses for clients
  • Join strategic client calls, take notes, perform action items from those calls as a path to learning about email program optimization
  • What does it take to be successful in this role?
  • 1-3 years of Client Service experience and a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, both about businesses and technologies
  • Proven ability to interact with a range of individuals from a day to day contact to executives within customer organizations in a professional, credible manner to meet customer expectations
  • Previous experience in email or email marketing a plus
  • Experience in similar support position in a SaaS company is a big plus
  • Ability to troubleshoot client problems and complex product issues
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and to seek assistance proactively as needed to reach the goals of the department
  • AUS citizen or Permanent Resident
