We are looking to add a Marketing & Business Development Manager to our team in Korea!


  • Set and execute Korea’s marketing go-to-market strategies including demand generation and awareness activities (eg. SEM, online/offline events, Press Releases, collaterals, and outbound prospecting)
  • Work with sales and partners to make outbound outreach in targeted market and/or broad-based customers, as well as, targeted enterprise customers
  • Work with sales and partners for marketing and demand generation utilizing outbound prospecting skills
  • Own the full life-cycle of a mix of marketing events to help build a pipeline with high-quality leads
  • Provide transparency through consistent communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure plan, tactics, and deliverables are impactful
  • Coordinate with the go-to-market team to time events appropriately for effective market launches
  • Work with the creative team to develop visual concepts, messaging, and other deliverables for supporting events
  • Manage 3rd party marketing agencies for effective and efficient execution and traction
  • Ability to understand high performance computing environments and uncover customer issues
  • Process prospective clients’ problems, and translate their needs into business opportunities

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of marketing and/or inside sales  experience
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong project, program management, and execution skills
  • Proven track record of executing events with cross-functional teams
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude, and ability to learn quickly and work in a hyper-growth environment
  • Ability to set the demand generation and thought-leadership strategy and still get down in the weeds to get the job done
  • Experience interfacing with senior-level internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines
  • Native Korean proficiency
  • Business savvy English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in high-growth organizations with a focus on SaaS, demand gen, and/or technology
  • Understanding of sales cycles and opportunity stages
  • Leader and a Team player with a customer service attitude that  demonstrates resourcefulness
  • Knowledge of: Marketo/Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Suite is a plus
