As a Go To Market and Sales Sourcer, you'll be embedded within our recruiting team driving our search strategy for attracting top talent. You will proactively identify and assess top GTM and Sales talent through strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring teams. If you have solid networking skills, know how to source on social media as well as other avenues, and enjoy learning, we’d like to meet you!
What you’ll do:
● Develop and iterate on outreach strategy including identification/sourcing through various channels, and effective selling of value proposition to prospective candidates.
● Drive effective lead generation campaigns through Linkedin, and identify/test other methodologies and solutions.
● Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
● Coordinate with recruiting and hiring managers to meet and define position requirements.
● Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
● Track metrics and pipeline activity.
● Drive sourcing projects and recruiting initiatives including, meet-ups, conferences, and other tech events.
● Maintain candidate databases via our Applicant Tracking System.
What you’ll need to be successful:
● 1+ years experience sourcing GTM and Sales roles for a startup or leading technology company.
● A strong passion for technology and solid industry knowledge to understand relevant skills, companies, open-source communities and conferences.
● Ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches.
● Expertise in construction of Boolean searches across different sites/mediums.
● Goal oriented, metrics-driven sourcer with ability to fine tune process and methodology to optimize response rates.
● Solid verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
● Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
● Flexibility and willing to assist multiple functions and business units.
