Job Summary:

As a Strategic Healthcare Partner Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners while developing strategies to increase revenue from each relationship. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, creativity, and a passion for growing a business.


  • Initiate agreements with potential partners and renewals / upsells / cross-sells for existing partners, drive exploratory talks, and build consensus with internal and external executives.

  • Structure and negotiate new strategic partnerships that provide incremental value for all parties.

  • Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships, build effective long-term relationships, and identify and prioritize partner goals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and drive requirements to develop and scale programs, operations and business strategy.

  • Clearly articulate product features, benefits, and use cases and how they are best used within partner workflows.

  • Design and implement processes to improve Reputation’s ability to partner at scale; represent Reputation at partner events or locations.

  • Increase our sales pipeline, impact our win rates, help grow deal sizes and deepen our market leverage by partnering to help customers achieve better results.

  • Own and develop relationships at all levels of the partner organizations.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop robust ‘go to market’ campaigns & strategies.

  • Additional duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience working in high-grow business development, partnerships, strategic sales or operations at a technology company.

  • 2-4 years experience selling SaaS technologies.

  • Expert in channel management; acquisition and account management.

  • Proven ability to build a sales pipeline through effectively hunting, prospecting, networking and lead generation activities.

  • Ability to identify, develop and communicate go-to-market opportunities that catapult us to the top of our partners’ agendas.

  • Ability to articulate joint customer value and partner value to our partners and partner customers and prospects.

  • Ability to enable our field sales teams and our partners’ on how to jointly engage buyers and earn their business.

  • Understanding how our partners’ organizations work, how to motivate and work within their complex organizations and programs.

  • Comfortable working in a highly entrepreneurial environment, building new workstreams & processes.

  • Natural ability to run fast while exercising sound judgement.

  • Strong organizational capabilities, self driven & highly coachable.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer relationship building skills.

  • Ability to leverage the extended sales team to succeed.

  • Ability to orchestrate resources including but not limited to Operations, Professional Services, Marketing, and Executives.

  • Experience in managing contracts and working cross-functionally with legal.

  • Strong negotiator and big, results-oriented problem solver in regards to how we drive value with our partners.

  • Approximately 20% travel required.
