Reputations’s Order Management is the one-stop-shop for order processing and order validation. As the Order Management Analyst you will support the Sales/CSM/PS/Training/Accounting organizations in processing deals. This person is a key enabler of deal formation and execution with a focus on minimizing sales cycle times while optimizing revenue, profitability and/or market share.

Responsibilities:
Process new prospects, upsells and renewals under $30k.
Assist with managing Closed Lost queue.
Work closely with the Reputation legal and finance team in order to ensure the legal and financial terms support the deal structure.
Partner with Revenue Accounting team to review and/or address revenue recognition.
Assist Finance & SOPS with SFDC integrity projects.
Work with Deal Desk to ensure proper approvals were made for discounts before processing of orders.
Additional duties as assigned.
2-5 years experience required.
