IT Demand Analyst 

Job Summary

Make an Impact –Join the Growing Reputation IT Team! Reputation is seeing an IT Demand Management Analyst to work across the organization to intake, define, screen, qualify, and prioritize demands for new and existing IT Services. As a Demand Analyst, you will enable the organization to correlate IT spending to the value provided to the organization and translate demand from mission requirements into IT service terms. The Demand Analyst must bring collaborative style and open-minded communication to this role


Responsibilities

  • Work internally and across the organization to understand current and future demand for supported services. 

  • Correlate IT spending to the value of the services utilized by the organization 

  • Identifies gaps and misalignment between demand and supply.

  • Determine gaps between current and forecasted demand on current and new systems/services 

  • Creates reports to monitor services, license utilization, renewals, and value proposition of services.

  • Works with the IT Management team to develop project charts for fully qualified and approved demands.

  • Collects additional information to fully document customer business requirements and expectations. 

  • Works with requirements stakeholders to develop business case analysis of services and tools.

  • Determines strategic program alignment and alignments with external strategies and fully identifies risks and assumptions. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience

  • At least 3 years of experience with Demand Management or in a similar position (IT Business Analyst etc.)

  • Very strong at active listening and quick to learn and understand demands and challenges in the business

  • ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations a plus

  • Project management experience a plus

  • Experience with business analytics a plus

  • Ability to see the big picture, forecast trends and recognize turning points

  • This position requires good organizational and analytical skills.
