NYC: Event Planning & Social Impact Internship - Winter/Spring 2020

Repeat Roses is seeking an Events Planning & Social Impact Intern to join its team. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to learn more about Repeat Roses and to help assist our events and social impact efforts while gaining valuable career experience in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

You must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program to apply. This is an unpaid internship and school credit is optional.

The world of wedding, special occasion celebrations, and social events is waiting for you in Manhattan, and you’ll be helping to ensure that the event flowers get repurposed to bring joy to those in the community who will truly benefit from the emotional health boost that flowers deliver.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with our NYC team; coordinate logistics for and support our team on client events in NYC and across the country with hotels, floral designers, wedding planners, restaurants, and event venues; and contribute your strategic thinking and leadership skills by running the office administrative needs. This support role plays an essential part in the team’s mission to ensure a seamless social event and corporate client experience while supporting your colleagues each and every day. The full-time internship is headquartered in our New York City office (with potential to travel to support local and regional events) and includes occasional evening and weekend work based on the company event calendar.
