We’re looking for someone to be in charge of Talent at Remix, building an exceptional team that helps cities around the world transform the way they plan. This role will work extremely closely with the founders and executive team to double our company size from 30 to 60 over the next 12 months, with a focus on technical recruiting.

You'll be responsible for:

  • full-cycle recruiting at Remix- from collaborating closely with hiring managers, to sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, closing candidates, and set them up for success for onboarding
  • developing an overall hiring strategy and process for the company- we have the basics in place, but we need someone to lead the function
  • designing and owning an exceptional candidate experience for every single candidate
  • tripling the size of the Remix team over the next year and a half

You'd be a good fit if:

  • have experience leading technical recruiting at a technology company
  • have helped grow a similarly-sized team or company before, over a similar amount of time
  • are driven by process and metrics, and can be a thought partner to hiring managers throughout the process
  • care about cities, urban planning, and impact
