Senior CTC and Business Development Manager

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Build and execute the global CCB category plan (Ftw, App, Acc) product assortment plan that delivers the target business growth and improvement in our Brand Health KPIs working in close co-operation with Markets Merchandising and Sales Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with BU management and market merchandisers, execute the product vision and proposition within the key markets ensuring brand and customer satisfaction goals are met
  • Within the identified target market, execute and manage the optimum category/ product assortment to deliver against the agreed targets
  • Represent the brand and the respective BU internally and externally
  • Support briefing and delivery of SMU/ABO products and managing the process
  • Drive sales and share growth, ensuring all commercial and strategic goals are met
  • Manage deliverables at VHO and GMM stage, as well as Sellout support.
  • Regular business analysis, to track performance.
  • Provide regular analysis of sell-through performance to the relevant category teams and contribute to strategic planning based on that analysis
  • Manage regular contacts with markets, to ensure CtC plans and potential needs.
  • Manage the product proposition including retail price strategy, forecasting consolidation and phasing approach
  • Conduct relevant reporting activities to measure the efficiency and commercial success of the range season over season

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in Category Management or Merchandising/ Ranging/ SMU / Sales, preferably within the online channel
  • Strong business acumen, ability to assume a broader perspective (cross-markets/ global)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment and under pressure
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
  • Fluent in English

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
  • Category Management/ Ranging/ Merchandising Experience or account marketing / sales: 10 years
