Post-Closing Coordinator

What you’ll do:

As a Post-Closing/Recording Coordinator you will interact with multiple parties including the lender, buyer, seller, tax collector and county recorders. The position requires that you review closing documents for accuracy and process the recordings within the required timeframe.  This position requires someone who is detailed oriented, organized, can multitask and has good problem solving skills.  It requires  solid research skills, a sense of urgency and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be a team player willing to do what is needed to get the job done!


What we are looking for:
We are looking for a responsible, motivated professional to make sure our real estate closings go off without a hitch.  We are excited to meet someone  looking to start a career.  Customer service is key so you’ll need strong written and verbal communication skills along with a positive, “can-do” attitude where the customer is always right.  Beyond that, we’re looking for good technical skills and the ability to multi-task in a time-sensitive environment. Individuals from service-oriented call centers, vendor management companies, or administrative professionals will also be considered. 


To succeed in this role you’ll need the following:
