As a Real Estate Closer at Title Forward you will be the face of the transaction. You will be responsible for guiding buyers and sellers from contract acceptance to funding and everything in between. It will be on you to answer questions, provide guidance, and keep everyone on course. Our Real Estate Closers are responsible for pulling together all aspects of the transaction in a timely manner, and keeping all parties on the same page by communicating constantly. They are tasked with ensuring that not only are the customers delighted but that all details of the transaction are perfect and all parties stay on track during the process. They interact with agents, buyers, sellers, lenders and all stakeholders to ensure all parties are ready for signing. They prepare and proof Closing Disclosure forms, prepare closing packages, update our systems, and jump in to problem solve whenever something is off plan. In addition, you will get to know your agent teams and markets inside and out and become intimately familiar with all the local details and nuances of the area and the agents. Further, as a Real Estate Closer, you will build relationships with our top shelf signing agents and work closely with a coordinator to form a closing team that is the best in the business.
What we are looking for
We are looking for professionals interested in the title and settlement industry that bring a mix of customer service, extreme attention to detail, and have proven themselves through their work or academic records. Experience in related fields such as title, mortgage underwriting, law / legal, or real estate are ideal for this position.
Customer service is key so you'll need strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to prioritize and multi-task, and a positive "can-do" attitude where the customer is always right. Beyond that, we're looking for the ability to meet tight timelines all while making each customer feel like they are the ONLY customer.
