Senior Account Strategist

Reddit is seeking a Senior Account Strategist to ignite growth and engagement from our Small Business clients (SMB) by taking scalable media solutions to market. You will work closely with contractor sales teams and coach them on how to bring value to their Reddit advertisers. You will also be the trusted partner to your own strategic accounts and help clients optimize their Reddit advertising campaigns towards a cost per action or cost per install goal. Your work will set the foundation for driving the most profitable revenue within the company.


  • Act as a single point of contact seller for a portfolio of strategic SMB accounts, responsible for identifying, growing, optimizing, and reactivating them throughout their advertiser life cycle
  • Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted consultant for agencies and channel partners
  • Partner with contractor teams to deliver outstanding customer sales experiences to Reddit’s SMB advertisers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to set up internal systems and processes to manage and grow clients at scale
  • Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends internally and to partners


  • Proven track record of translating marketing objectives into results for advertisers
  • Strong familiarity with effectively optimizing direct responses campaigns in auction environments
  • BA degree with 4-8 years of work experience
  • Familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
  • Experience with carrying a sales quota (preferred)
