As a trusted enablement expert, you will play a vital role in partnering with our sales leadership, marketing, and sales operations team to design and deliver programs aimed at helping our sales team to deepen and grow advertisers on Reddit.  You’ll be responsible for building a variety of programs from in-person sessions, on-demand learning, playbooks, deal coaching, and communications aimed at enhancing our sales approach.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner closely with the sales leadership team, sales ops, and marketing  to prioritize and develop strategic sales enablement programs to serve all of our sales channels
  • Conduct sales research to identify unique sales approaches and habits of top-performing sellers, account managers, and sales managers 
  • Partner closely with business ops and marketing sciences to build buyer personas and provide clarity on the buying cycle for Reddit advertising across key industries we serve
  • Define a unique to Reddit sales methodology and approach to elevate our sales strategy of both our Brand and Growth Partnership sales segments 
  • Create sales plays to help our sales team grow their book of business: bring on new advertisers to our platform, expand revenue into new lines of business, drive evergreen to spend, competitive plays, etc.
  • Design a multi-tiered sales program that incorporates a blend of methods to maximize retention and adoption (i.e., peer to peer community learning, hands-on workshops, deal coaching, on-demand tools, sales simulations, and sales playbooks)
  • Define success metrics and effectively assess program impact on sales revenue 
  • Support and execute sales enablement summits and other internal sales events

What We Can Expect From You:

  • Must have a portfolio of previously executed sales enablement projects showcasing key outcomes
  • Must have the ability to develop a strategy for programs and build course content too 
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment, such as a start-up or an agency
  • Owned the design of experience from end to end and not afraid of starting a program from ground zero
  • Passionate about deeply understanding your customers; you are exceptional at listening, a master of asking open-ended questions, conducting interviews, and synthesizing feedback
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the root cause of the problem and develop the appropriate solution 
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong collaborative spirit, open to diverse perspectives, and new ideas
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Strong ability to analyze, interpret and act upon data
  • Genuinely likes helping others and has a service-oriented mindset
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and likes the challenge of building new and innovative things
