Headless Headhunter 

Sometimes automation goes wrong. Very wrong. We're not too keen on batch and blast, either...oh and we cringe every time we hear the word "headhunter." (It sounds so violent!)  To help us more actively attract some of the best passive talent in the marketplace, we are looking for a creative, energetic and responsible Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Melbourne.  A different brand of in-house recruiter, you will help us scale for global expansion, focusing on non-technical careers in Strategy, Finance, New Business and Operations.  No hunting heads, please. Just lots of really fun subject lines.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Full life-cycle recruitment - from initial hello to first day
  • Conduct thoughtful and deliberate role kickoffs with hiring managers to effectively scope role, process and evaluation
  • Research passive, diverse pools of candidates and conduct 1-to-1, personalized outreach
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in our sourcing databases (Entelo), Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), monitoring a precise schedule of routine follow ups
  • Genuinely live and breathe Redbubble’s values
  • Partner with Global Talent Team on long term strategic planning and employment branding initiatives

What you’ll bring to the Bubble

  • 1-2 years in-house experience as a full life-cycle recruiter at a growing, innovative company 
  • Experience with a robust Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse)
  • Familiar with video conferencing (e.g. Hangouts) and know your way around an Apple
  • A power user of all social media, especially LinkedIn
  • A passion and belief in our brand and our mission, and know a thing or two about art/design
  • Success working with all levels of an organization
  • A good pulse on the local Melbourne talent market
  • Preferred: experience with Google Apps for Work, including Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides
