The initial numbers are in since our recent European website launches, and they are truly outstanding.  To keep pace, we need a sharp, driven Logistics Manager based in Berlin, to build vita relationships with our fulfillers and our shippers to optimize for speed, quality, capacity and experience. Your ultimate goal is to drive an amazing delivery experience for Redbubble buyers in the region. Your work helps artists sell more and earn more because their product will get to the customer by the most efficient means possible. Come join us on this amazing new adventure!

How you’ll make an impact

  • Source, negotiate, and engage with European small parcel and postal shipping carriers
  • Liaise with EU printing fulfillers with the US-based commodity managers (apparel, wall art, housewares), US based Sr quality manager, and with our Product Team based in Melbourne, Australia
  • Lead logistics reporting and measurement for the region
  • Take part in groundbreaking initiatives in our new Berlin office

What you’ll bring to the Bubble

  • 5+ years experience with small parcels logistics in the region
  • High level of market awareness of local carriers and local market landscape
  • An uncommon knack to work without a lot of structure
  • MBA/BA/Business degree with experience in logistics
  • Experience with e-commerce
  • Awareness or experience with print-on-demand
  • A high level of enthusiasm from be apart of something cutting edge
  • Advanced professional fluency in both German and English, additional languages a plus
  • Ability to travel (around 10-20% in peak periods)
