Marketing Coordinator

Are you aspiring to become a marketing expert and gain experience across several marketing disciplines?  The marketing coordinator at ReadyTalk will join our team to support various activities around demand generation, content creation and in-person and online events.  The ideal candidate for this position will have hands-on experience in managing a webinar series, excellent writing skills, especially when it comes to grabbing the reader’s short attention span, technical proficiency to quickly learn new software tools, and a major attention to detail.

This role reports to the Director of Product & Marketing and will work closely with our internal teams to ensure we are creating and executing marketing campaigns with maximum success.


  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising or business
  • 2-3 years of working experience in a marketing, advertising or creative oriented role


Job Duties:
Manage webinar series

  • Develop and successfully execute webinar strategy
  • Create all emails, landing page, copy and design
  • Create social posts, website promotional content and blog posts
  • Identify and coordinate experts to speak on different webinar topics
  • Manage & moderate partner webinar series

Support marketing communication and outbound marketing activities

  • Assist with creative writing, proofreading and editing tasks
  • Edit and create content for sales demo & customer account review decks
    • Build and edit prospecting segment lists as needed
  • Support product launches
  • Assist with customer advocacy & sales enablement activities

Manage tradeshow and event logistics

  • Planning and executing in-person events which may include national tradeshows, field marketing or customer events
  • Responsible for developing and delivering creative messaging throughout tradeshow campaigns to drive new MQLs (everything from developing targeted lists, written content, booth themes, messaging at the show and  strategic follow-up and reporting)
  • Manage event timelines and show logistics
  • Plan and execute event-related marketing campaigns from start to finish, effectively generating and nurturing leads to develop a qualified sales pipeline

 Technical Skills

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
  • Experience working in a webinar technology & Marketo is a big plus
  • Ability to write B2B marketing email copy and set up lead nurturing programs
  • HTML/CSS skills & design skills (i.e. photoshop, illustrator, InDesign) a big plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
