Site Quality Manager

Direct leadership of the site Quality organization, ensuring flawless execution of Compliance, Improvement and efficient Service delivery. Provide collaborative direction to Supply organization and close working relationship with IMEx organization to ensure quality requirements are understood, communicated and delivered.

Scope of Role

  • Provide leadership for Quality organization, driving compliance, improvement and service.

  • Deliver site and global quality metrics, including strategic improvements.

  • Ensure continued compliance and commercial service of the site through the point of integration into day-to-day operation as an RB manufacturing facility.

  • Create and deliver strategic plans for quality organization development, leveraging efficiencies and cost improvements, whilst maintaining rigorous and robust cGMP compliance.

  • Failure of compliance or effective operation of the Quality function could create risks to continuous commercial supply of product from site.

A fantastic opportunity is available for an QA Manager to join our Quality team.


  • The delivery of all associated activities of the Quality functions, across QC, QA and QMS Compliance.

  • Reporting and improvement of Site and Global Quality Metrics.

  • Development of quality team members to ensure the smooth transition to RB, maintaining technical expertise of the team and cultural fit to the RB culture and values.

  • Escalating to Regional Quality Director, any issues that require above-site input and communication, as appropriate and in accordance with corporate policies.

  • Ensure all operational activities of site, maintain and improve GMP compliance to relevant MoH requirements.

Your Qualifications Include:

Life science degree

Good understanding of RB QC testing operations and quality management systems.

Broad understanding of RB H&PH manufacturing operations and packing line operations.

Thorough knowledge of legal requirements, rules and guidance covering the manufacture of H&PH products.

3+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.

Good communication skills with confidence to debate and negotiate with multifunctional groups.

Well-developed influencing skills. Diplomatic and tactful in difficult situations, including MoH discussions.

Highly motivated and confident to deliver a compliant manufacturing environment while delivering RB Culture and Values.

Organized and able to deliver concise written or oral summaries to senior management

Able to lead on improvement plans, requiring a good manufacturing knowledge and an understanding of business processes.

Able to influence, train and coach others.
