Performs installation, maintenance and repair of carousel and conveyor products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Performs installation, set-up, testing and repair of new and used Kardex/Remstar vertical carousel products.

Performs scheduled maintenance on Kardex/Remstar units

Repairs and maintains horizontal carousels

Repairs and maintains powered and gravity conveyor systems

Possess knowledge of PLC controls and programming.

Be familiar with conventional conveyor controls such as switches, photo eyes, AC and DC

Able to schedule appointments and adapt to unexpected changes as necessary.

Willing to continually learn new products and procedures.

Must be able to manage time effectively.

Maintain a good attendance record.

Willing and able to learn quickly and perform accurately and neatly with a degree of flexibility.

Willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate.

Able to present a mature, professional appearance

Willing to comply with RHSI Employee Handbook.


This position has no supervisory responsibilities
