Experiences Lead

As the Experiences Lead at Rainforest QA you’ll use your natural balance of creativity and  flawless eye for detail to lead the team tasked with building an in-office and remote culture that strengthens and maintains employee engagement. Reporting to the VP People, you’ll manage the people, processes, and projects that come together to create a “Best Place to Work” experience for all Rainforesters.

What you’ll do

  • Set the tone for the productivity and happiness of the team via thoughtfulness, passion, caring, humor, and accountability
  • Create programs and events that foster productivity and well-being for local and remote team members
  • Ensure the workplace environment continues to encourage high quality, collaborative, and creative engagement for a variety of needs and preferences
  • Establish efficient workflow processes for yourself, your team, and your function
  • Oversee office inventory budget and activities including IT, catering, office vibe, kitchen supplies, etc.
  • Manage partnerships with vendor companies driving service improvements and savings through data-based decision making

What we’re looking for

  • Results-driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented individual with a passion for helping people and companies thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Experience in office management, administration, operations,  and / or customer service at a scaling company
  • An aesthetic eye and attention to detail in all that you do
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload to meet deadlines with minimal oversight
  • Experience planning a wide variety of creative events, from small to large, for various occasions
  • People management experience
