What you'll do

  • Grow marketing’s contribution pipeline by creating and executing the demand generation strategy across every stage of the buyer’s journey with clear goals, objectives, strategies and tactics
  • Work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to create campaign strategy, and lead conversation around best practices and trend analysis
  • Ensure sales and marketing alignment of priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions, customer insights and/or emerging opportunities
  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process and channel adoption
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of overall demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
  • Assist in evaluation and selection of outside vendors that contribute to demand creation success
  • Juggle multiple projects and team members in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of b2b demand creation experience; preferably in a tech environment
  • Experience with marketo, salesforce,, brighttalk, on24
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • Experience in creating email nurture tracks for the buying journey
  • Excellent communicator and team player with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences including technical buyers
  • Detail oriented; ability to prioritize workload for team to optimize efficiency
  • Ability to handle changing market and organization requirements, ambiguity and a fast paced environment
