Customer Success Coordinator

As the Customer Success Coordinator at Rainforest QA, you’ll use your excellent relationship building and organizing skills to support the overall onboarding, planning, coordination, and administration of various Customer Success Team needs and functions. You'll also maintain numerous team tools and systems, gather data and pull reports as needed, help the team prep for customer meetings, and assist customers in their test creation using Rainforest. There is room for growth for those who excel in this role.

What you’ll do

  • Proactively support the Customer Success team in engaging existing customers through test refactoring and test suite maintenance 
  • Gather data to report on usage metrics and quarterly business reviews
  • Assist in project management responsibilities in partnership with Customer Success Managers as they build and grow relationships with our customers
  • Make recommendations and help plan onsite travel and meetings for Customer Success Managers
  • Ensure engaged state of customer through relationship building tactics
  • Continually revise and maintain customer facing decks and assets

What we’re looking for

  • One+ years of experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably in a support role with external customers
  • Proficiency in Google Apps
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong logistical skills, exemplary time management/organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Ability to be fluid and adaptable to our changing priorities and needs
