National Sales Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a country wide strong Landscape sales team, managing and achieving the desired sales results in China, Hong Kong & Macau as well as building and maintaining relationships with all key market influencers in Landscape. Responsibilities include the development and implementation of an agreed upon strategic territory plan, to manage and develop the distribution channel in line with current needs.



  • Achieving sales and market share goals
  • Personnel management – developing a strong, effectively trained Landscape team in place and solid succession plan
  • Expansion and management of distribution
  • Identifying, prioritizing and pursuing business opportunities throughout the territory
  • Sales calls and customer development
  • Setting, implementing and executing a strategic business plan


  • BA or BS degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience
  • Proven strong leadership skills
  • Strong selling, communication and problem solving skills
  • Creative thinking and execution to meet the commitment
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly develop rapport and business relationships with market influencers
  • Fluency in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
  • Computer skills including working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Willingness and ability to travel over 60% of time nationwide



  • MBA degree
  • Irrigation design and installation experience
  • Distribution channel management experience
  • P&L experience

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on style individual leading by example, will embrace aggressive goal with positive attitude for business challenges
