Manager - Managed Accounting Services

Raffa, P.C., a professional services firm, is seeking an experienced accounting professional for its Managed Accounting Services Department.

The Manager must be well versed in the Company’s philosophy, policy and procedures. A Managed Accounting Services manager is the liaison between the partner, the client, the department staff, and the special service departments. He or she is responsible for all phases of an engagement. The manager should be viewed as a partner-in-training and should be involved in virtually all areas for which partners are responsible. The measure of his or her performance of these functions ultimately determines whether promotion to partner is appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or other related education and a minimum of 6 years of experience or any similar combination of education and experience.  Not-profit experience a plus.

• Proficient in the use of various computer software programs including Word, Excel and the Company’s standard accounting software programs including QuickBooks, Peachtree, FundEZ and Solomon and Great Plains.
