Head Cybersecurity Evangelist & Strategist

Radware is looking for an Evangelist to support business opportunities. Candidates for the position must be comfortable owning the delivery of various messaging opportunities including regional spokesperson duties, pre-sales presentations, marketing event integration, and post-sales and account management support.

Primary Responsibilities

In addition to key messaging delivery, the incremental duties include handling the following regional duties

  • Business for revenue goals attainment
  • Lead security spokesperson for the company for media, customers and events
  • Channel partner education
  • Organizing regional and worldwide attendance to partner & customer events
  • Representing the company where thought leadership may be needed

The role will require working closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product Teams, Emergency Response and Technical Support within the Americas and headquarters (Tel Aviv, Israel). The Evangelist will work with customers and sales team to define goals, monitor progress and comply with internal Radware standards for concurrent execution of multiple projects. The Evangelist will translate technical concepts
to both business executives and technical audiences.

This person will have the following primary responsibilities:

  • Provide the ‘face of Radware Security business' in the assigned geography
  • Public Speaking at industry events and trade shows
  • Wherever possible, integrate into Public Relations, Analyst Relations, and key customer account efforts
  • Provide thought leadership into key Corporate, Field and Regional messaging
  • Can provide continuous written and oral production of key messaging
  • Understand the process of technical sales support and can assist with key opportunities including technical presentations, competitive positioning, and proposal development
  • Be able to provide key energy in social media channels
  • Can assist in competitive analysis training for both partners and sales force
  • Provide intermediary between product and sales teams
  • Support new products and product design initiatives with prospective customers
  • Guide and educate Radware's sales engineering force on best practices
  • Prepare and deliver white papers for internal and external consumption
  • Train local partners on Radware's product sets
  • Run Executive Events within the geography
Skills and Qualifications

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in Application security, DDOS and network security (Firewall, NGFW, IPS etc.) is required.
  • Good understanding of IT trends, Cloud security and CIO/CISO point of view
  • A good understanding of what an Security is and its role in an IT environment.
    good understanding of CISO requirements, considerations and priorities
  • Ability to interact with customers at all levels
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills - experience required
  • Demonstrate ability to influence decision makers at all levels
  • Past blogging, publishing, writing and broadcast experience a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship building and social skills
  • Past sales support and documented revenue expansion a plus


  • Experience as a presales or a CISO a plus
  • Past technical Evangelism
  • Exposure to technical product selling
  • Product specific expertise with Akamai, Imperva, Cloudflare, Checkpoint, Palo Alto
  • Exposure to consulting - - both technical and business
  • Consulting for big management consulting practices


The position is remote with a preference on the East Coast or Central USA. The position requires about 50% travel. (mostly within North America)
