The Director is responsible for all the financial and business aspects of the company employees, including salaries, expenses reports, and commissions, collections with customers, and purchasing with suppliers. Maintain current knowledge of organizational policies and procedures, federal and state policies and directives, and current accounting standards. Conduct or coordinate audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements and statutes. Manage all finance and business operation aspects of the North America which includes 3 legal entities located in Mahwah , New Jersey , Canada and North Carolina . Manage group of 5 direct employees. Manage all reporting requirements for the North America operation which includes Consolidate US GAAP financials, tax returns and other legal reporting requirements for an SEC filler. Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, SOX compliance and collection for the consolidated North America . Oversee all travel and expenses activity including policy design, compliance and approval. Oversee all operational aspects of the entities from inventory fulfillment, order management, RMA procedures and fulfillment to service customers. Manage all day-to-day aspects of operation from Employees benefits (medical and other), insurance, lease and procurement. Administer and design all compensation plans of the direct and indirect sales force and back office. Oversee sales of all support service with designated sales team that generate substantial revenue of the North America . Oversee all legal activities within the region with the legal department located overseas at headquarters abroad.

Business Planning:

  • Top down and bottom up annual revenue projects for annual plan
  • Tying headcount planning to revenue projections
  • Quota allocation based on revenue projections and headcount
  • Design of compensation plans to drive behavior in-line with planning
Finance: US & Canada
  • Financial Reporting & Accounting
  • Payroll
  • Tax Compliance - including sales/indirect tax compliance
  • Audit - internal and external
  • Payments approver - checks and wires
  • Actual versus Budget reporting and analysis
  • FP&A
  • Liaison between legal and business regarding purhasing activities and compliance
  • Signing authority for all contracts and agreements for Radware, Inc. Radware Canada Inc. and Radware Canada Holding Inc.
  • PR approver in Oracle
  • PO approver in Oracle
MIS and IT for NA
  • Focal point for all IS and IT issues in NA (except CRM and BI)
  • Focal point with Broker on healthcare benefits for Radware Inc.
  • Focal point with RBC Wealth Management on 401K plan for Radware Inc.
  • Chairman of 401K Fiduciary Committee
  • Focal point with auditors for 5500 audit
  • Focal point with DOL
Commercial Insurance
  • Focal point with insurance broker in the US and Israel
Expense reports
  • Signing approval for VP's in the NA
  • Administrate commission plans for NA
  • Escalations on all payout and calculation issues
  • Manage all leases - Mahwah, Sunnyvale, Vancouver, North Carolina
  • Focal point for all facility related issues
Order Management:
  • Validation of order accuracy and existing approvals
  • Coordination of product and/or service delivery
  • Customer invoicing

  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Accounting plus 10 years of experience in the field.
  • Budget and expense, management accounting and corporate financial systems, ability to use software to improve consolidations of all accounting functions and ability to structure and deliver financial training using computer communications tools.
  • Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting and problem resolution in a complex financial environment along with experience in highly-specialized financial experience that may be applied to solve extremely sophisticated problems on a day-to-day basis.
  • MS Word, Advanced Excel, Access
  • Language: Hebrew a plus
  • Technology industry experience preferred
