Technical Sourcer

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer who is highly proficient in sourcing top caliber engineering talent in the Bay Area. As a Technical Sourcer at Radius, you will develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage with extraordinary talent. Radius is a fast-paced, growing company and we need your help as we continue to build a world-class team! In this role, you will communicate effectively with your sourced candidates, build relationships, and partner with the Recruiting and Hiring teams to maximize their experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the recruiting and hiring teams to understand requirements for each open role
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline of top caliber talent to achieve hiring goals for top priority roles
  • Develop innovative sourcing and messaging strategies to gain candidates attention during initial outreach stages
  • Research target companies, audiences, and stay up-to-date with competitive landscape in order to generate pipeline for open roles
  • Maintain thorough recruiting metrics in Lever (ATS) to track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with key stakeholders
  • Build a process to leverage Radius employees networks to drive referrals and generate warm leads
  • Foster an unparalleled and noteworthy candidate experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Sourcing experience for Software companies (startup experience preferred)
  • Experience driving and building a candidate pipeline by using a variety of talent sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social/professional networks, etc.) to identify, engage, and excite passive candidates
  • Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize, manage multiple searches and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills
  • A team player attitude, and enjoys being highly collaborative
  • Bachelor's degree
