Field Marketing Manager

We are looking for an A-player who loves a fast paced, high performing environment and thrives on results.  In this role, you will meticulously plan and execute field events and ABM programs for prospective Radius customers. You will also have the chance to travel and interact with prospective customers at the events you plan, and engage in meaningful conversations as you educate our market on Radius’ B2B predictive marketing platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive excellence in the field event discipline, deliver events that impress and stand out from the ordinary, and to do so at a scale that can connect with the breadth and personality of our audience.
  • Program planning, project management, and logistics, from initial planning to post-event/program follow-up (including shipping, transportation, vendor management, sales enablement, data cleansing/tracking, archiving, and maintenance of all assets)
  • Project manage & collaborate across marketing, sales, & design teams to generate marketing content such as web pages, emails, direct mail, event content, etc.Own project management tools, documentation, calendar, and process used for managing Field Marketing programs
  • Facilitate timely lead processing within SFDC, measure campaign impact, and develop post-event reports and insights including data cleansing, creating reports and campaigns, closed/won opportunity data capture and cleanse, and campaign tracking
  • Manage event budget; evaluate results against goals, and generate learnings for improvement
  • Act as an advocate for the Radius product by leveraging our own technology to amplify your field results

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in event and project management for a high-tech company
  • A thorough knowledge of principles of effective event marketing
  • 2+ Experience using a marketing automation platform, preferably Marketo
  • 2+ years experience using Salesforce
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • Bachelor’s degree
