Business Development Representative

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Business Development organization as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels while working 1:1 with your Account Executive to acquire new business.  As a Business Development Representative at Radius you will build valuable client facing experience while partnering with AE’s and experienced Sales leaders to continue to grow your career!

Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify and profile target accounts for Radius solutions in a territory
  • Execute sustained email and outbound call campaigns to decision makers and influencers in target accounts
  • Schedule calls and meetings to introduce Radius solutions to prospects and qualify interest
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects in Salesforce.com for your assigned territory
  • Become a trusted resource and develop high-quality relationships with prospective customers
  • Achieve qualified meetings and opportunity quotas to ensure company revenue objectives
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the marketing software industry

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of strong cold-calling experience in the software industry
  • Detail-oriented, focusing on monitoring lead follow-up and business development
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, and strong writing skills
  • Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, Salesforce.com)
  • Fast learner, adept at understanding and articulating new technologies and corresponding value propositions
  • Bachelor's degree
