Client Services Specialist

As a part of the Production West team, you play an integral role in the last phase of creative development between production and airing. The client service team works with clients creative assets and turns them into broadcast masters for digital and commercial advertising. You are a go-getter and always have a positive attitude and can do what it takes to get the job done, including working long hours if the business need calls for it. What you will do:

  • Demonstrate leadership, ownership and responsibility for client services workload
  • Function as liaison between clients, vendors and agency departments
  • Follow processes to ensure accurate and timely completion of work
  • Manage varying workflows as required
  • Use multiple digital platforms for order management and trouble shooting
  • Coordinate priorities and deliverables with the editor team
  • Collaborate and problem solve cross-functionally with internal and external teams
  • Engage in efforts to improve internal systems and processes
  • Work to resolve problems and ensure products are delivered on time
  • Direct and control processing and fulfillment orders
  • Field client inquiries and respond with urgency resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Stage, prioritize and fulfill orders for duplication tapes
  • Provide technical aspects about product or service
  • Enter data quickly and accurately
  • Perform quality control
  • Manage projects to meet deadlines

You have 3 – 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in broadcast, production or customer service, holding a bachelors degree to support your success or the equivalent work experience. You have technical aptitude and the ability to support processes, and you understand how they contribute to the overall picture. You have impeccable MS office skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, you are professional, organized, can multi-task, have flawless attention to detail, take direction well, manage your time, and manage constantly shifting priorities. You work cross-functionally with other teams on a regular basis and enjoy the collaboration it brings. You have internal and external client and vendor management experience and can demonstrate successful relationship building.
