Manager/Snr Manager, Advanced Analytics

As Manager or Senior Manager and expert in this field, you will line manage and lead a team of acclaimed statisticians and statistical programmers (on-shore and offshore) to develop innovative methodologies and deliver custom studies to support CRO business.

Principal Accountabilities;

  • Collaborate extensively with business owners, subject matter experts, and go to market teams to develop and deliver analytics leveraging data asset to support CRO business, including responding to RFPs, optimizing design and execution of clinical trials, and improving risk management
  • Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion
  • Direct analytical methodology research, project execution, streamlining process and building efficiencies
  • Line Management

We are looking for experts who can demonstrate consulting, creativity, critical thinking, project planning, and attention to detail capabilities. Leadership skills and people management experience required. Plus;

Master degree in Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, and Computer Science or in related field with at least 3 years, or PhD with at least 1 year of relevant quantitative analysis experience analyzing data. Or a combination of education, training and work experience.

You must have excellent communication skills, and first-hand experience with patient data analysis.

We are recruiting for a variety of exciting Management opportunities within the Advanced Analytics space currently.

  • Additional skills required for different roles:

Manager Programming, Advanced Analytics

  • Strong analytic mind-set and logical thinking capability
  • Strong PL/SQL skills (most US patient data assets require PL/SQL programming) or strong SAS skills (most Ex-US data assets require SAS programming)
  • An understanding of patient care, insurance claims data, medical claims data or pharmacy claims data
  • Knowledge of ICD 9/10, HCPCS J code and NDC codes (Ex-US use ICD 9/10 and ATC codes)
  • Experience with longitudinal patient data analysis
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and to manage project timelines
  • Strong QC mind-set
  • Clear written and oral communication concerning the technical aspects of a project and the ability to develop usable documentation

Manager, Advanced Analytics (Patient Analytics Methodology)

  • Strong analytic mind-set and logical thinking capability
  • Moderate PL/SQL skills
  • An understanding of patient data assets’ strengths, caveats and appropriate use of each type of patient data
  • Experience with longitudinal patient data analysis
  • An understanding of patient care, and basic knowledge of ICD 9/10, HCPCS J code and NDC codes (Ex-US use ICD 9/10 and ATC codes)
  • Ability to select appropriate data assets and design study methodology to achieve the study objectives
  • Ability to translate study methodology into specifications for programmers.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and to manage project timelines
  • Strong QC mind-set
  • Clear written and oral communication concerning the technical aspects of a project and the ability to develop usable documentation

Manager, Advanced Analytics (Stat Methodology)

  • Strong analytic mind-set and logical thinking capability
  • Statistics modeling and machine-learning skills, SAS skills, R skills
  • An understanding of patient data assets’ strengths, caveats and appropriate use of each type of patient data
  • Experience with longitudinal patient data analysis
  • An understanding of patient care, and basic knowledge of ICD 9/10, HCPCS J code and NDC codes (Ex-US use ICD 9/10 and ATC codes)
  • Ability to select appropriate data assets and design study methodology to achieve the study objectives
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and to manage project timelines
  • Strong QC mind-set
  • Clear written and oral communication concerning the technical aspects of a project and the ability to develop usable documentation.
