HR Professional Services Center Customer Service Representative 2(Dalian)


Complete data audits to insure data integrity for HRIS applications supported by the HR PSC. Assess and analyze findings of data audits and disseminate to HR PSC management. Prepare, analyze and disseminate monthly metrics reports for HR PSC Key Performance Indicators. Project Administration.


Coordinate global and regional data audit processes, including identification, reporting, user communication, and remedial training.

Coordinate regulatory compliance activity, including handling payroll and other interface file reconciliations and PeopleSoft HR security access forms.

Coordinate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting; provide weekly, monthly, and annual reports; make changes as needed to KPI tracking procedures. •

Coordinate the HR PSC mass upload processes emplying a variety of methods, table maintenance, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data corrections.

Maintain documentation of current admin processes, remove duplicative work, and establish global standards.

Manage project activity related to small to medium scale HR PSC projects; may be project lead in some activities, as assigned by management. Interact with stakeholders outside of HR PSC to achieve project deliverables.

Provide training and support as required to HR PSC teams.

Associate’s degree or educational equivalent and 4 years HRIS experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience


Extensive use of telephone and face-to-face communication requiring accurate perception of speech

Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers

Regular sitting for extended periods of time

Occasional travel
