Event Producer - Reading

Reporting to the Director of Events, as Event Producer working in our Medical Communications Practice and the Patient and Investigator Engagement and Education practices areas, you will be fundamental to the successful design and delivery of events.
This role will work closely with the Account Lead, Project Manager, and Event Logistics team to design and pitch delivery recommendations for innovation and engagement in live events whilst working within the constraints of the medical industry. You will also work in partnership with the clients, faculty, and logistics/technical specialists to produce the events – facilitating onsite logistics and ensuring flawless program delivery.
You will proactively identify areas for improvement in the service received by our customers and will then work with the Director of Events and delivery teams to ensure that these improvements translate into engaging meetings.
You will be required to play a role as a Subject Matter Expert on live events in supporting the Account Lead to grow existing accounts and bring in new accounts.
An accomplished events professional, you will have a proven heritage in producing live events, designing meeting programs and concepts, pitching ideas to clients, and onstage facilitation of meeting logistics. You must be comfortable getting clients and attendees on board with bold new ideas. You will hold a key role in client liaison and communications as Subject Matter Expert. Knowledge of pharmaceutical events is preferable but not essential.
This role will require frequent global travel to produce and facilitate events/conferences onsite. Travel may be as frequent as two to three weeks per month.
