Provideconsulting support to achieve client expectations through the development,implementation, and delivery of consulting services. Collaborate with all levels to provide zerodefect work and solid client results.
- Assist with development of researchanalysis plans, progress reports, technical reports, surveys, discussion guidesor other consulting documents.
- Structure and perform analysis and conductprimary research. Uncover insights in support of client recommendations.
- Begin presenting at team and clientmeetings.
- Provide input into proposals and supportto business development activities.
- Keep abreast of current industry trendsand application of new technology.
- Support the continuous improvement of theAdvisory Services organization.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Master’s degree (MBA/MPH/MD/PhD etc.)
Strong computer skills, including Statisticalprograms (e.g. SAS), spreadsheet programming (e.g. Visual Basic),decision-analytical modeling, database mining and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work within a matrix teamenvironment
Ability to accept direction of lead teammembers
MINIMUM REQUIREDEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Life Sciences orrelated field and 3 years’ related experience or Master’s degree (MPH, PhDetc.)/MBA; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
