Job Summary
A visual user experience designer will work with the product team to develop industry leading experience by connecting brand expression and digital interaction in order to meet and solve for user problems.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate success in translating business goals to an inspiring creative direction
  • Ability to express the brand visually and through user interactions
  • Passionate about visual customer experience and delivering world class graphic solutions
  • Guide user experience design past the creative phase into production
  • Participate in the creative phase, implementing the overall visual and emotional design style
  • Promote user-centered design and methodology
  • Understand and care about user experience best practices
  • Ability to think conceptually about design and information architectures
  • Work with user experience to create and bring ideas to life
  • Talent with articulating compelling ideas and presenting work for various audiences
  • Be able to work either independently or as part of a team
  • Be able to take direction, and be prepared to make changes to your work in response to constructive feedback
  • Be able to work calmly and efficiently to tight deadlines

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related fields
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a user experience designer or similar role
  • A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating effective user-centered design solutions
  • Experience working with strategists, researchers, and front-end developers
  • Strong organizational skills and an attention to detail
  • Familiarity with relevant graphics and prototyping software
  • Good computer literacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to make compelling and clear design presentations for various audiences
