What You'll Do/Need

As a Servicing Intern, you’ll gain experience working with team members on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment. Whether you’re assisting with claims or working with investors, your experience will empower you to use your creativity while you learn new skills.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients, including attorneys, vendors and investors to successfully file claims while ensuring compliance with investor guidelines
  • Utilize reports, dashboards and other systems to manage pipelines
  • Comply with all local and federal fair lending laws
  • Respond with a sense of urgency

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to anticipate tasks, prioritize, multitask and work well under pressure
