What You'll Do/Need

Essential Functions

  • Provide analytical support for investment and strategic business decisions in real estate development
  • Assist in transaction executions across financings vehicles
  • Asset management
  • Interface with external resources including contractors, vendors, developers and regulatory agencies
  • Communicate with debt and equity investors
  • Run proformas and perform budgeting and accountingrelated activities as needed
  • Support additional projects and functions as needed
  • Work with project managers to ensure project hits projected timelines and budget
  • Assign due diligence tasks to the appropriate team members in order to keep the project moving forward

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Development, Finance, Design, Law or related field
  • 10 years or more of experience in private development, finance, or consulting in the real estate industry
  • High quality analytical skills with an emphasis on the development process
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Selfmotivated and able to work with minimal supervision
