What You'll Do/Need
Essential Functions
- Provide analytical support for investment and strategic business decisions in real estate development
- Assist in transaction executions across financings vehicles
- Asset management
- Interface with external resources including contractors, vendors, developers and regulatory agencies
- Communicate with debt and equity investors
- Run proformas and perform budgeting and accounting‐related activities as needed
- Support additional projects and functions as needed
- Work with project managers to ensure project hits projected timelines and budget
- Assign due diligence tasks to the appropriate team members in order to keep the project moving forward
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Development, Finance, Design, Law or related field
- 10 years or more of experience in private development, finance, or consulting in the real estate industry
- High quality analytical skills with an emphasis on the development process
- Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Self‐motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
