Senior Product Manager, Primary Care Provider

Role Description: 
You will own the product strategy and execution plan for Quartet’s Primary Care Platform, which includes data-driven suggestion applications, workflow integrations, and native user experiences that enables primary care providers to better take care of their patients. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this position will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Marketing and Product to ensure that the platform supports the singular goal of improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate full product ownership by interacting closely with all stakeholders to understand the requirements of Quartet’s Primary Care Provider (PCP) Platform and prioritize development efforts
  • Create and maintain PCP Platform product strategy and roadmap
  • Author functional specifications and work closely with Developers and Data Science to deliver against the product strategy
  • Implement efficient processes, scalable tools, and resource allocation to achieve a high level of productivity
  • Resolve tactical issues to ensure effective and efficient project management and product development processes
  • Manage the design, functional and technical documentation on projects
  • Actively cultivate a collaborative, high-performance environment to grow the team’s development capabilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 7+ years product management experience
  • Healthcare experience required, ideally with exposure to EMR systems and products
  • Excellent technical acumen, curiosity, and familiarity with new technologies (such as integrations, APIs, SQL, HTML, JS)
  • Ability to work closely with a technical team in a Product Owner capacity
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills and proven ability to mobilize resources, as well as inspire and lead across distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytic skills and ability to consume complex information, develop recommendations, and secure resources needed to achieve business results
  • Strong ability to solicit and utilize input from customers, analysts and the marketplace
  • Comfort working in an early stage, fast paced, changing environment
