Role Description:
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join the People team, supporting our rapidly growing company. This role has a blend of both strategic and hands on opportunities for impact, ranging from developing benefits programs to coaching employees and managers. The ideal candidate must be an organized team player who is able to manage multiple priorities at once and is comfortable with change. This role will report into the Chief People Officer.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief People Officer and HR Manager to provide coaching and counseling to management and staff at all levels
  • Work closely with management to improve working relationships, increase employee engagement, and improve retention
  • Dive in to resolve employee relations issues across the company
  • Develop an understanding of what learning and development opportunities would be most impactful and execute trainings
  • Evaluate current benefit offerings and make recommendations that align with our values and mission
  • Analyze trends and utilize data to develop programs and effect change

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of Human Resources experience in a technology, media, creative, or brand-focused environment
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of our team to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to help the entire company work at a great velocity
  • Success in creating and driving effective development, employee relations, retention and reward programs
  • A strong client relations approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • The ability to strike a delicate balance between advocating for employees and aligning with the business
  • Experience working with a distributed/remote team a plus
