Role Description: 
The Manager, Health System Partnerships will be responsible for establishing and maintaining successful health system partnerships in the assigned region. This includes coordinating introductory health system meetings, executing health system partner agreements, identifying and pursuing expansion and/or upsell opportunities, reporting of utilization metrics back to partner health systems, and maintaining ongoing communication and collaboration with our field teams.


  • Develop health system strategy and partnership targets in assigned region
  • Develop strong relationships with health system C-suite (create and work through buyer maps)
  • Execute health system partner agreements
  • Pave way for successful implementation of partnerships
  • Quickly understand system’s adoption of value-based reimbursement and other initiatives related to population health
  • Navigate health systems with both internal behavioral health teams and those without
  • Ensure smooth transition of health system’s physician practices to our field teams tasked with onboarding and training
  • Collaborate with product managers, project managers, operations team, and sales executives to ensure our system clients are set up for success
  • Work with Marketing team to continually refine our messaging and value proposition to health systems and assist in the design of a scalable onboarding plan for partner health systems and their physician practices


  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of five years experience in account management or business development working with health care institutions, particularly health systems
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining C-Suite level client relationships
  • Behavioral health experience is a plus!


  • Deep healthcare domain experience
  • Ability to quickly understand local market forces shaping relationships between payers, providers, and health care policy
  • Demonstration of poise and presence in C-suite meetings, coupled with the ability to speak operationally with service line leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle working in an early growth stage company environment
  • Ability to build new processes and learn new skills quickly
  • Knowledge and willingness to work within a CRM system such as Salesforce, as well as with PowerPoint and Excel
  • Willingness to travel within Greater Seattle Area at least 50% of the time
